Prompt replies when i show interest in the item but that stop or become slow when i query the delivery delay. Their delivery Yodel was awful as also stated on their public site as customers feedback show; i enquiry my parcel & the Yodel guy from the chat was useless & had wrong informations(i knew more than him); NO CARDS were left on their "apparently" 3x delivery attempts & no phone call came in though the driver claimed she did. CHANGE your delivery company if you want to keep your reputation

Sorry but we have supplied you with photos that show/proves the courier came to deliver however they could not because the door has a keypad security and no access without it? If I could upload the photos here, I would for evidence. This feedback is VERY unfair! I wont sit here and shout out how good Yodel are but there are bad reviews about every single courier out there,. Our other customers products get delivered by Yodel too, just look and see just how many are very happy with it.
