Model arrived and somehow one of the front wheels had become detached. The model was very well packaged. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately to apologies for the inconvenience and forwarded a return label. I had a trouble with the "misinterpretation" (not to say a bad word) of the Customs auditor on the arrival of the item, but the seller promptly offered a solution to solve the issue. The parcel took two months to be delivered to me, but it was not a seller's fault, as the item had already arrived in the Country only 3 days after being shipped. But, as I've said, it was due a "bottleneck" on the Brazilian Customs side. I strongly recommend to do business with them (R.M. Toys Ltd.).

I received the package on Tuesday the fifth (not a problem!) and checked it out - everything was fine. In fact, the seller included the loose locking tab for one of the end flaps of the box, which I did not expect to receive! Thank you, RM toys! This is a beautiful looking, highly detailed model. The seller was participating in a 20% discount offer, which meant they were offering it for sale at a bargain price.
