If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way then the item can be returned for a refund less p&p costs. If the item is returned to us as sold within 7 working days we will refund upon return of the item via the method paid.
If your item is received faulty or not as described then please let us know and return it to us for inspection. Once returned and inspected we will either refund in full (including all p&p costs), exchange for a non faulty item or exchange it for a similar item.
No refund will be given under any circumstances until item has been received back by us.
Postage will only be fully refunded on faulty items or those significantly not as described (wrong item or shop soiled).
