What does the p&p include and by which method do we send items out to customers?
Our p&p charges are our actual costs for sending the item out to you. This is the stamp cost of sending the item out to you, cost of the packing bag and sellotape and the cost of the ink to print out package invoices. We do not make any money out of our postage and on the rare occasion we over charge we will refund the difference.
We aim to dispatch all items within 24hrs of payment being received excluding weekends.
Most of our items are posted out via royal mail 1st class recorded delivery as standard with very large or heavy items being sent via UPS courier. We do offer an upgrade service to special delivery for smaller items if item is needed urgently, please e-mail us if you require a price for this service before buying.
First class recorded usually takes 1-2 workng days to reach its destination although sometimes can take up to 4 working days at busy times such as christmas.
If your item hasn't arrived within 7 working days from dispatch then please let us know and we look into what has happened to the item and get royal mail to investigate into what has happened to the parcel. We aim to offer excellent customer service so if your item doesn't arrive or can't be found within the royal mail system after 10 working day we will replace or refund.
