What if I have a problem with my order?
If you have any problems or question about your order, please contact us before leaving feedback. We are always happy to help and will resolve any issues you have with your order. Email us through eBay or contact us directly.
Once you place an order with Primrose, you will receive an order acknowledgment email stating the items you have ordered. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance is acknowledged when your order has been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers.
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to: being unable to authorise your payment, the product being unavailable, a product pricing or description error.
When are you open?
9 - 5pm weekdays (GMT to BST). For any enquiry (technical, orders, customer service etc). We usually respond to emails within 24 hours of receipt on weekdays. We are really busy on Mondays catching up with the weekend, so please be patient - we will give you a really helpful answer as quickly as we can.

Where's my order?
If you haven't received your order, check the anticipated delivery time on the eBay listing. In the unlikely event that this time has been exceeded, please check with your neighbours in case it's been delivered there. If not, please send us an email giving us your name and postcode and we'll get straight back to you.
How can I pay?
The safest, quickest and easiest way to pay is through Paypal. You don't have to have a Paypal account. Just click pay now and select the Paypal option. You can either log in or just pay using a credit or debit card if you don't have an account.
You can pay by debit or credit card using Paypal. You don't need an account. Just select the Paypal payment method and put in your card details.
Alternatively we can take a card payment over the phone. Just call 0118 903 5210 and one of our helpful customer service staff can take your details. We take Electron, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, Delta - just about everything except American Express.
Need an VAT invoice? - no problem, just email us after you've purchased and we'll email or post it to you.
What if I order more than one item?
We can combine postage costs for multiple purchases so, for example, if you order 2 or more items, you will only pay one delivery charge. The higher delivery charge will be the one you pay though PLEASE email us as eBay wont combine this for you unless checked out together.
What's the returns policy?
If you don't like it - you have 60 days to return it to us. Simply let us know by email and you can send it straight back to us.
