What material will my order be printed on?

All orders are printed onto high quality luxurious fine art paper / card. We are highly confident that you will be pleased by the quality of our prints. Paper: 250 gsm (Thick) Quality Fine Art.

How will my order be packaged?

Depending on the size and content of your order it will either be carefully packaged into a hard-backed envelope or boxed before postage

Large Format Prints

Are fitted into a sleek plastic sleeve before rolled into a firm hold tube.

Poster Packs

Are fitted into a sleek plastic sleeves before carefully packaged into a cardboard envelope.

What are the sizes of the large Format Prints and Poster Packs?

All our sizes are detailed in the “full description” on each product page. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any enquiries on size.

Can you do custom prints?

Unfortunately, at this moment in time our design team are so busy working on new products that they are unable to customise any prints or cards.

Postage Information

Items are posted via Royal Mail standard post from our base in Edinburgh, Scotland. Orders travelling out with the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail Priority Air Mail.

How much will postage cost?

Nothing, zip, nada! We will ship your items worldwide entirely free of charge.

How do I track my order?

Free shipping does not include a tracking service. You will be automatically notified with an ‘Order Confirmation’ email when we first receive your order and payment has been processed. You will then receive a ‘Dispatch Notification’ email when your item has been collected by Royal Mail.

Can I update my address?

Please contact us promptly regarding any changes to your delivery address. Once your order has left the building we are unable to change it. If this happens we will take the necessary steps on retrieving your original order before a replacement can be sent out.

Can I Cancel my Order?

Once you have submitted your order, we start the necessary steps to process it. We dispatch quickly, sometimes within 2 hours of receiving payment. Please email us within 1 working hour of your order being placed and we will do our very best to stop the order from leaving our dispatch office.

Please note if you have been unable to cancel in time and the order has already been dispatched, (and you have received a ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email) you will be required to return the order in full at your own cost upon receipt. We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.

What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

Please contact us immediately through “contact seller”. Our Customer Service team will be on hand to amend any issues as fast as they can. We strive to ensure a quick resolution to any issues.
