  • All packets are clearly labelled with:
    • Variety name
    • Seed Quantity
    • Batch Number
    • Date Packaged
    • Sow by date

Seed Packets

  • All seeds are counted by high quality seed industry optical counters and packets filled automatically.  Random samples per batch counted are checked by weight, againgst industry recognised seeds per gm for that variety, to ensure you get what is stated on the packet. 
  • All seeds are supplied in clear re-sealable bags without images of the appropriate size for the quantity and seed size.
  • All bags are heat sealed before dispatch to ensure the contents cannot be tampered with iaw "The seed regulations 2002"

Fungicide Treatments

  • A number of our vegetable varieties are supplied as dressed seed to improve germination rates at no additional cost. 
  • All coatings are EU approved safe fungicides for domestic cultivation that are rendered inactive in the soil after a short period. 
  • If you are concerned in any way please contact uis prior to any purchase with the variety name and we will confirm if the seed batch is treated.
  • Hands should be washed after handling the seed ro gloves warn if there is a risk of allergies.
  • Treated seed is for cultivation and should never be directly consumed.

Listing / Cultivation Advise

  • We do our upmost to ensure the accuracy of all listing and always welcome any comments in the unlikely event of any mistake or error.
  • Cultivation advise is provided where applicable on each individual listing page and is provided as a general indication only.  These are not definitive growing instructions and need to be adapted to your local soil and environmental conditions.  It is recommended you seek local advise to ensure a variety is suitable for you location.
  • All photos provided are indicative of the variety listed and should not be taken as an absolute representation.
  • If in doubt we are always happy to answer queries and provide additional advise where possible.


  • PLEASE NOTE We are a professional seed only supply company.  Packets supplied do not come with growing instructions included on delivery.  Detailed cultivation advice is provided on each listing page, which can be printed, in much greater detail than would fit on a label for those that require them.  This enables us to keep costs down and maximise the seeds provided to you for your money, which we believe is the priority.


  • Every order is carefully packaged and includes your invoice, our business card with all our contact details.
  • Due to the potential of seed damage from Royal Mail mechanical sorting, all our orders are shipping in high quality Airlite padded bags.


  • All orders are dispatched within 48hrs of payment, more often with 12 hrs of payment being received.
  • You will receive a dispatch notification by Ebay message as soon as your order is posted which include average delivery times and instructions in the unlikely event of the item being mis-placed by Royal Mail.
  • In the unlikely event your order does not arrive within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us immediately with confirmation of your delivery address and we will action and resolve the problem immediately.
  • Please note any claim for non-delivery of an order must be made within 30 days of dispatch.  Claims thereafter will be not be accepted. 

 Returns Policy

  • We have a dedicated Customer service team to help in the unlikely event of any problem, who also appreciate any constructive advice to improve the service we offer.
  • We wish you to be entirely satisfied with any purchase from us and offer an unconditional full refund within 14 days of receipt on all items returned to us (post at buyers expence) in their original packaging and condition as new. 
  • In the unlikely event of there being a problem or mistake with anything we supply or damage sustained in transit please inform us within 14 days of receipt, so we can resolve the problem to your entire satisfaction immediately.
  • We do our upmost to ensure the accuracy and purity of all seeds supplied, but are often entirely in the hands of the commercial grower. Please all seed supplied is for amateur / domestic growing, commercial nurseries should contact us first for commercial nursery seed.   In the unlikely event of any issue with a specific variety please contact us by email and we will investigate immediately.  Please note any refund or liability is limited to the purchase cost of the item and postage and you accept these terms when purchasing.
