Batteries were supposed to be delivered 2nd , finally arrived 10th !! Courier was a nightmare . Usual excuses, could not find us ( even though there is only 20 odd properties in the village and were a B&B with a big swing sign outside 🤦)
BUT seller was excellent in trying to sort them out . Great communication, very friendly chap .

I had looked at several sites for an item (battery) and PremierBattery was a far better price and provided DPD delivery. Packaging was somewhat OK, but there were two edges of the battery that were directly touching the outer box, so one good drop would have smashed it to pieces. The protective plastic terminal covers were loose in the box and the positive terminal was bent flat, so it had certainly been through the wars enroute

Shame sent wrong item & didnt notify me.Claimed out of stock & sent generic brand.Response was not helpful.Made no attempt to send correct product even though have plenty of the same item listed on ebay & on their website.Arrived in old tatty box taped with brown tape, no protective packaging. When I expressed how we didn't get what was advertised we've had no further response, other then if we don't like, return item & they will pay postage. I shouldn't have to go out my way for your mistake.

THIS BUYER HAD THE OPTION VIA THE EBAY RETURNS POLICY TO SEND THE BATTERIES BACK AS WE PAY RETURN POSTAGE . BUT OPTED NOT TO . AS REGARDS TO THE PACKAGING EVERYTHNG IS PACKED WELL AND NEVER AN ISSUE . SO EVEN THOUGH A BETTER BRAND WAS SENT COSTING MORE MONEY LONGER LIFE BATTERY . STILL NOT HAPPY MAYBE EXPECTING REFUND AND FREE GOODS . BUT EBAY HAVE PUT A STOP TO ALL THEM SCAMS .
