General Interest
We aim to use the best value couriers and shipping agents. This means the cheapest shipping for you wherever you are in the world. We despatch all goods within one business day of receiving your payment. The goods generally reach you within 3-5 days in the UK - around 6-7 days for air mail. We use recycled packaging and pack your goods well. This means cheaper shipping costs for you and less environmental impact. we will always combine shipping if buying more than one item please allow us first to send you an invoice with revised shipping costs prior to you paying. OFFICE HOURS

Our office hours are 0930 until 1730 Monday to Friday. Our office is not open on Wednesdays.

It is often very difficult to answer telephone calls as we run our business on minimal staff which means we all have to multi-task but this keeps overheads and thus the price you pay low.

DESPATCH

We do not knowingly list an item for sale unless it is in stock here.

We strive to despatch all orders within 24 hours of your payment although at busy periods this can sometimes stretch to 48 hours.

We generally despatch goods Monday to Friday and at busy periods we sometimes despatch on a Saturday too.
