The way the page was laid out gave the impression the price right next to the item I wanted was the price I would be paying, it even offered a large discount.when the package arrived I was shocked to find a small shelf that was a small part of the unit I thought I was getting.I sent an Email voicing my concerns which was answered by someone by the name of Jo, I felt my concerns were met with complete indifference and I will not be using your "services" in the future.

We are sorry you were confused, the listing offers the buyer a choice to purchase additional shelves for the shower unit if you want more than 4.From the drop down menu the buyer selected the option that stated a spare shelf, with then shows a picture of a spare shelf. The buyer could have selected the option that stated complete unit but choose the shelf and expected the complete unit. Return for refund was offered but the buyer refused.
