Then I received a posted message only to then receive another message apologising for a mistake on their side as the item was not in stock in the size I'd ordered. I was offered a refund or the chance to choose another item Of the same value. I chose a refund which was received straight away. Very well communicated throughout. The jackets are listed to convert to US pricing but the seller has the sizes listed as UK (without telling the buyer)... so they ended up sending me a jacket in a size 6 that is WAY too small (XXS). Also, you can return it, but the return costs more than the jacket itself to do privately. It's a waste of time and money. I waited two weeks to get this jacket and no one has emailed me back about returning it yet.
