The envelopes arrived with edge damage to the packet. Which resulted in some of the envelopes being damaged. I told them about the padded envelopes being delivered in a black bin liner with no other protection. They considered the damage to packet to be the fault of the couriers. May be the seller should be more careful how they send out their parcels. I had ordered from them before, and the envelopes came in a box to protect them. Inconsistency gives me no confidence.
