I ordered the 65cm ball but a 55cm ball arrived. I asked for a refund of the price difference (it was for a specific event and I didn't have time to wait for a replacement ball.) I was told that the 55cm ball is MORE EXPENSIVE than the 65cm ball (even though the 85cm ball is more expensive than the 65cm one.) therefore there would be no refund. I had no way of checking this as the 55cm ball is "out of stock" and so doesn't have a price. It may all be true but it just doesn't feel right to me. 😕
