Lovely rolled leather collars - great quality, long-lasting and they keep their colour. I have bought several. This time, though, they sent the wrong size and were really difficult to get in touch with to get the order changed. I sent it back, they wouldn't replace it until they received the original - and no offer to refund the postage. So, something which was ordered back in May finally arrived yesterday. All good now, but transaction spoilt by poor communication.
