At Papa D's we understand that when you order a product you want it to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss, so when an order is received by us we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) If you place your order before 12pm we will despatch your items to you the very same day. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We dispatch all items via Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd Class service, as well as recorded or next day, dependent on what is selected and check out. The estimated delivery time for 1st or 2nd Class is 1-3 working days. Whilst Royal Mail state that most items will be delivered within these time frames it can occasionally take up to 15 days. Unfortunately once Royal Mail collect items from us we lose any influence and control over their delivery. We ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within a reasonable length of time then please don't hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you. If you require a purchased item to arrive quickly we recommend you contact us to organise a guaranteed next day delivery service.
All international shipments for small packets will be sent via Royal Mail 'International Standard' Airmail service. Larger, more expensive items will be sent via Royal Mail "Inernational Signed For". This method carries a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If you would like the tracking number then please don't hesitate to contact us.
At Papa D's customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why any item received, deemed to be faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded without hesitation. Please contact us before you decide to return an item as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. If the product is faulty or damaged then a replacement will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt (Excluding weekends or Bank holidays) or a refund given upon the safe return of the original item. Please contact us through eBay to inform us that you wish to return the goods and we will send you the returns details.
On the chance you order the wrong product, we will happily exchange the product for the correct item, charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt should you wish to do this. Please note that in some cases you may incur additional shipping charges.
If for any reason you decide to return a none faulty item to us and that item was sent free post to you, then please understand that we will refund you for the item, less the cost of the outward postage & packaging, as that is simply what it will have cost us to send that item to you.
