I purchased this item as I have just moved house and was setting up my at home office. I wanted to tidy up my desk of wires and thought slotted trunking would do the trick. However I couldn't find a reliable source for this and on checking Ebay found PCArena ... they have been excellent from beginning to end and the goods arrived when promised and without problems. They were exactly what I wanted.

Overall disappointing for me. Item had an eight day lead time, which felt long, given it was "in stock" and the seller hadn't said they were away. Nothing arrived. On the ninth day I opened a case with a polite note reporting item not received. Seller didn't bother to reply. They added tracking details the next day and it has now been received a full 11 days after it was ordered ... but still no explanation. And no apology, of course. The product itself is OK but the delay/silence wasn't.
