Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, UK Customers have the right to cancel the purchase contract at any time up to 7 days after the day of delivery, however we offer you 30 days.
To exercise your right of cancellation you must inform OmegaSpareParts either by email or letter with details of the goods ordered and reason for cancellation; we will then issue an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number which you must write on this completed RMA form and enclosed in the package.
We will not accept any returns without an RMA number, so please contact us before you pack and post the item.
Except in the case of faulty goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods with the original packaging. Once you have submitted your notice of cancellation, the goods must be returned at your own cost to us. All Our contact details can be found on your purchase order or listing.
How to send
All products supplied by us at Omega Spare Parts Ltd carry a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery. We will offer either a full refund or exchange the item(s) in question within this time period.
You will receive either a full refund or an exchange of the item(s) once we have received the item(s) back to our facility in the original condition that we sent it, with all original documentation and accessories included.
Please also return our VAT invoice supplied with your package.
Please inform Omega Spare Parts Ltd either by email or letter with details of the goods ordered and description of the fault within the warranty period; we will then issue an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number which you must write on this completed RMA form be and enclosed in the package.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in the event items are returned damaged or with missing/incomplete parts. On receipt of the returned goods and once we have identified the part is the part we sent, a refund of the original purchase price will be made (excluding postage charged).
In the case of faulty goods we shall, after receiving notification and return of items; refund the original cost of the item and any reasonable return postage costs.
We cannot be responsible for items, which are not received by us and would recommend that you use a tracked and insured service to return valuable items.
