 Q: When Can I Expect My Item To Arrive
  A: Not Just Drives will ship most orders within 1 working day following cleared payment. Delivery Times vary and is based on the chosen delivery method at the checkout
 Q: Can I Collect My Item
  A: Not Just Drives do not offer a collection/return service from our retail stores. All items won on eBay will be delivered and all delivery charges are payable
 Q: I Dont Have A Paypal Account, How Do I Pay?
  A: For your own peace of mind, and for Buyer Protection, we ONLY accept payment via Paypal. We do not accept cash, cheque, debit or credit cards, postal orders, bank transfer, Argos gift cards or any other payment method.
 Q: Royal Mail Are Delivering My Item When Should I Expect It
  A: Most items are delivered within 5 working days, products are sometimes delayed, or a card is left after a delivery attempt. Please allow up to 15 working days for items to arrive and/or visit your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they have the parcel for you.  Q: Standard Returns Policy
  A: According to Distance Selling Regulations, consumers who purchase items from a business seller over the internet, where there is no face-to-face contact between the seller and the buyer before the contract is made, generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 working days (starting the day after the item is received).
 Q: What Are Your Operating / Response Times
  A: Our Customer Service team are available 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm. We aim to respond to all enquiries and emails within 2 working days.
