The item arrived a day sooner than expected. It was a refurbished model and I expected cosmetic damage, however a locking handle was broken and I was concerned that someone could be scalded if the lid wasn't properly sealed so I contacted the seller asking ofr a replacement handle. I have been sent a whole new machine. Excellent service, thank you.

Ordered 2 items. One spot on and a real bargain. Other went pear shaped. Was sent wrong item but this item was collected by the same person who delivered the replacement and in less than 24hrs. Unfortunately, replacement didn't function properly but this was collected and refunded. Buying clearance is bound to be something of a gamble but brilliant customer service can make up for that.
