Absolute disgrace.
I made the mistake thinking this was my regular supplier.
Right up until I came back to my office the next day to find e-liquid all over my paperwork.
When I contacted the seller…gates of hell opened!!
He tried to tell me it’s a mix up with my other supplier (what on earth is that excuse)
When I tried to tell him my concerns whether or not the Smok Pod was genuine and in a plain packaging.
He then argued with me about how it was delivered.

The buyer advised the product was leaking and received the item in a Jiffy bag. I advised to check where he has ordered it from as we do not send pods in a jiffy bag. He later claimed that Royal mail must have repacked our package into the jiffy bag when it was received. Royal mail never repacks items and if there was a damage to the box we supplied, it would have been placed in a royal mail plastic bag.
