This seller through no fault of his requested a further £4 carriage for this area. So I requested that the order be cancelled. They did so. I found another supplier and was equally competitive pricewise and offered a multi buy reduction. They also had free carriage by Hermes no extra levy for a larger package to the same area. Sellers should select couriers to benefit buyers.

Hi It was with Hermes/Evri that the Scottish Highlands surcharge was applied and they were the cheapest for the 5-10kg parcel you had ordered. Unfortunately we wouldn't have even made £4 from the order so could not absorb the costs im afraid sorry.
