We have a program in place to recycle empty inkjet cartridges.

The following cartridges can be recycled:

Canon (PG37/40/50 & CL38/41/51 only)
Dell (all models)
HP (all models)
Lexmark (all models)

UK Delivery Methods

Orders are dispatch Second Class with the Royal Mail as standard. Although delivery times cannot be guaranteed, most items will arrived in 2 to 5 working days.

There is an option to upgrade 1st Class, 1st Class Signed-for and next-day delivery at the Checkout. These delivery options do have an additional cost, which will vary depending on the size and weight of the item.

The Postage and Packaging tab within each listing gives details of delivery upgrades available.

Non-UK Delivery Methods

For items that are to be sent outside of the United Kingdom, which includes all orders to be delivered to the Republic of Ireland, we offer Royal Mail Airmail as standard. The Airmail service should see parcels received in 5-21 working days, but there is no guarantee on delivery times.

There is an option at the Checkout to upgrade to Royal Mail's International Signed-For service.

International Courier Delivery:

Larger items will be sent using a courier service. If you live in one of the following countries then there may be an additional charge for courier deliveries:

Czech Replublic

The above lost contains most, but not all countries that may incur additional costs for International courier services. Should an additional charge apply to your order then we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm all costs.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if they are placed and paid for before 14:00 (Monday to Friday). Items purchased after 14:00 on a Friday and on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on next working day.

Confirmation of Dispatch

When an item has been processed for dispatch we send a confirmation email out. This confirms that the item will be sent out on the next postage collection so that customers are kept informed of the progress of their transactions and are able to know when to expect delivery of their item.
