Item was as described but unfortunately it was not what I ordered the size ordered was out of stock smaller model was sent which I accepted pleased with item does the job but but would have preferred higher BTU output item that I ordered and looking at the website it was still showing model I ordered was in stock but unfortunately I had accepted smaller unit seller offered to change for a cheaper unit but I accepted the one I received no problem with seller good communication
