Returns
All returns must be authorised
In all cases, please contact us to obtain a return authorisation, a label and instructions on how to return the purchase
Faulty Products
If your item develops a fault within the applicable warranty period, a full refund will be offered, once the product has been returned to MyGameVault.
To qualify for a refund the product must be:
- In the same condition as supplied to you
- Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
The above does not cover issues caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear
If a product is returned as faulty but found not to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of accident, neglect or misuse, no costs will be refunded.
Serial numbers of all parts and products will be verified against the returned item/s. If the serial number/s of the returned item/s are found not to correspond with the original serial number/s, no costs will be refunded.
Any form of investigation, intervention or repair undertaken on your purchase by any party other than MyGameVault will result in the invalidation of the applicable product warranty, and a return will not be accepted and no costs will be refunded.
Exchanges
If your purchase develops a fault within the applicable warranty period, we may offer an exchange for the same, or a similar product, depending on our current stock. If we don't have an exact same item available for an exchange, an exchange of an alternative item to the same value may be available.
All exchanges are at the discretion of MyGameVault.
If a product is returned as faulty but found not to have a fault or if a fault has developed as a result of accident, neglect or misuse, no exchange will be provided, and no costs will be refunded.

Products cannot be exchanged if any of the above criteria are not met.
Non-faulty returns / Cancellations
If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must notify us of the same within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. Unwanted returns are not accepted after this period. All return costs for unwanted items are covered by yourself the buyer
To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be:
- In the same condition as supplied to you
- New sealed items must still have their seal intact
- Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
Unwanted products cannot be accepted if any of the above criteria are not met.
The right of cancellation does not apply in the following circumstances:
- When the product seal has been broken on any new/sealed items
If a product is returned as unwanted, but the above conditions are not met, no costs will be refunded.

Refunds
Your Paypal account will be refunded within 48 hours of us receiving your return.
In all cases, goods must be received before refunds are given. .
Express/upgraded delivery costs will only be refunded if you notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery:
- You received an incorrect item
- You received a damaged item
- You received a faulty item
Can I send the item back myself?
All returns must be authorised, and sent via the process set out in our returns procedure.
In all cases, please contact us to obtain a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the purchase.
MyGameVault will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or costs incurred by the customer if our returns procedure is not adhered to fully.
