Guarantee & Returns

All NEW items are supplied with a minimum 12 month warranty.

All Used items will have a warranty period clearly stated on the listing.

The above guarantee covers manufacturing faults only. NOT physical damage, wear 'n' tear or abuse. (Statutory rights not affected)

Return of Damaged Goods

If a product is received damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and obtain an authorised returns number. We will then arrange for it to be returned to us at our cost.

If your purchase becomes faulty within the guarantee period please follow the following steps.

*You will need to contact us to obtain an authorised returns number.
*Please affix this to the outside of the package.
*Return the goods to us at your expense via our recommended carrier.
*We recommend you use an insured courier as we will not be responsible for the goods until they have been checked and signed for.
*When we receive the goods we will inspect them and if found to be faulty we will either repair or replace them, at our discretion.
*We will then return them to you at our cost and will refund your initial return carriage charge*.
(*Copy of returns receipt/invoice required to validate carriage refund)

If no fault is found, or the fault is not covered by the guarantee, the return carriage charge and any repair charges will need to be paid by you before we return the goods.

Return of Unwanted Goods

For online purchases, your rights to return goods are protected under the distance selling directive.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return it (at your cost) by an insured delivery method with all packaging intact and in its original condition within 7 days, and we'll gladly exchange it, offer you a different product of equal value, or give you a full refund.

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team for a returns number. Items returned without a valid returns number will be rejected.
Once goods have been inspected, refunds are made within 30 days.
Please note that we can arrange the collection and return of goods but the cost of the return carriage will be paid for by the customer.
