They replied ASAP my order was covered by manufacturers 12mont warranty and they sent me a new replacement coat on express delivery what I received today. I was initially sent the wrong colour jacket which also had damage along the chest seams. I contacted Mountain Warehouse customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent out a replacement via express delivery which I have received and am extremely happy with. Great product for the price. Highly recommend.
