The seller charges me extra when receiving the saddlebags and amout is fot himself, there are no additional fees. I'm not suggesting this seller. Got good package and same scaff of shipping. No communication with the seller. They don't want to refund me cuz I was already pay it. Don't buy from this seller anymore. They are bad reviews in Google. Their company is temporarily closed! Stay aware!

I cancelled the order 5 mins after ordering but dispatch didn't see the cancellation and sent the windscreen. Got in touch with the seller and he said when the courier brought it tell them to send it straight back which l did. The seller reimbursement me as soon as he received it. Unfortunately I needed to return this item as I wasn’t what my partner was after and he’s the one who rides, I requested a refund and the seller has replied with such a kind and selfless response. They told me they would refund me for the item as it would cost them to return, and instead of wasting the item to give Forster to someone who would love it and no necessarily have the means to buy it themselves. I love this and feel it’s so generous and selfless. It was otherwise quick postage!

Shockingly bad company. Ordered same item direct from their website and two months later it still hadn’t arrived and limited communication from them. Got refund and thought it may be better to order on eBay. Same shoddy service with rude customer service and same poor excuses as to why the item hadn’t been delivered. Had to get eBay to step in to resolve the issue and get refund. Avoid at all costs as they just don’t care about the customer.
