The cleaner arrived in just a couple of days. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong model by mistake. But the seller was very understanding and issued a full refund when it was returned.

The crate was delivered very quickly, in fact earlier than stated which was great. Sadly, a bit disappointed with the packaging. The aluminium parts were very bent and dinged in several places. The ply board base was cracked and there was damage to one of the side panels. My husband is a handyman and was able to fix it and repair the base. Decided it was too much hassle to return such a big item, and suspect a replacement would have the same issues. Main issue was poor packaging/ handling.
