I understand this item is adjustable but they are far too big and bulky for your mouth. You're forced to keep mouth closed uncomfortably to keep it in and it doesn't adjust once added to hot water. I tried in hotter and it went out of shape and ruined it. Shouldn't need to be hotter if it's advertised as adjustable under instructions, and I did it 3 times and it was still too big it made me gag. I wouldn't buy again. It should state the size and state it isn't for small mouth more like a man's.
