Painful purchase experience but seller was fair - thank you David. Item arrived damaged a number of times and communication with a member of staff was frustrating (she wouldn't answer certain questions, was cocky and unnecessarily wasted seller and buyers time and money) but after 5 weeks and 3 damaged mirrors David provided a fair solution. The mirror is lovely (damage aside) though I really hope packaging is improved in future.

Although this mirror arrived damaged I cannot fault Memorabilia Outlet Ltd for their speedy and excellent service in remedying the problem. They were so helpful and professional and organised a solution immediately. They kept in contact and I was informed of progress every step of the way.
