Although this mirror arrived damaged I cannot fault Memorabilia Outlet Ltd for their speedy and excellent service in remedying the problem. They were so helpful and professional and organised a solution immediately. They kept in contact and I was informed of progress every step of the way. I am delighted with the replacement received and would highly recommend this company and would definitely buy from them again.

Painful purchase experience but seller was fair - thank you David. Item arrived damaged a number of times and communication with a member of staff was frustrating (she wouldn't answer certain questions, was cocky and unnecessarily wasted seller and buyers time and money) but after 5 weeks and 3 damaged mirrors David provided a fair solution. The mirror is lovely (damage aside) though I really hope packaging is improved in future.

After my initial negative experience caused by the delivery company, not Memorabilia Outlet, David made contact and addressed the issue swiftly. He arranged a further delivery (with the same company) and agreed to leave the item in my nominated safe place. This all worked well, although the delivery company would provide a better service if they’d only provide a contact number. Who doesn’t these days? All said and done, this turned out to be a positive experience and the mirror looks great.
