Hi, unfortunately we have received no communication from you other than asking for a refund which we have processed. As per our return policy, we ask to allow 7 days for it to processed by our warehouse but it had only been one day. We apologise for you receiving the wrong item, regrettably sometimes the costume is linked to the wrong one leading to the incorrect one to be packed. We appreciate your feedback and we strive to improve our services.

Incorrect item sent. Upon realising this I checked with the seller the correct item was in stock before rushing round at 5pm to send back the same day as the item was needed urgently. The seller advised the correct item was in stock. I rushed to get the incorrect item sent back the same day so new item could be sent out. Upon sending confirmation of incorrect item being shipped back the seller advised the correct item was actually not in stock.
