It wasn’t the best experience, I knew they were in a China, I messages asking for prompt dispatch as I needed them by the deadline that was their 1st indicated arrival date, in range given. They replied saying thanks for patience, will dispatch as soon no immediate dispatch, raised concern, they suggested they cancel order as we won’t get by deadline. Then Monday I got a message saying they can be dispatched today, please confirm, I had to again ask for refund. It came quickly.
