I bought a white Blackberry 9320 4 years ago, this year I discovered AliExpress website, and I ordered 5 blackberry phones: 2 x Z10, 1 x DTEK 50, 1 Q5, (forgot #3), and they are all useless, I even bought a battery, which arrived flat. Now your black 9330 arrives, battery full, and only now did I learnthe charger needs to be 550mA.

Item listed “New” came without manufacturer’s packaging. It’s 12cm long, incorrectly advertised at 11cm. Not as described, seller incorrectly claimed they would accept return as good will but Must accept return when item not as described. Photo shows what we received ��

We accepted a return although you failed to explain the reason why. So it was good will. You failed to return the product. Scammer now blocked.

Actually both us & eBay explained that the item was NOT as described to you & that good will was incorrect & that you must supply return label. I object being called a scammer & advise others to think twice before spending money with you when you describe an item as new but don’t send in manufactures packaging. & then falsely describe your customers as scammers! Not a good attitude. ��
