Return or Exchange/Refunds 
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Mobilepartz. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstandingly low prices. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the item unopened / sealed to us for exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. You will need to contact us prior to return in order for us to raise a returns authorisation - see below for details.

  • All items must be returned unused in resalable condition and with unopened retail packaging (where appropriate)
  • If you return an item that is not faulty or defective the postage & packing cost will be deducted from the refund amount or a restocking fee. This will be at our discretion and will depend on the cost of delivery / product cost / whether the product is resalable. 
  • In the case of a faulty item the refund will be for the full amount paid including shipping if returned within 28 days of the date of receipt. After this period your warranty will be with the manufacturer and we will supply the relevant information on how to contact the manufacturer and exercise your warranty rights
  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost and any loss that may occur due to poor packaging or if the item is lost transit
  • Buyers are also responsible to check the 'product detail page' for detailed information on the item prior to purchase to avoid dissatisfaction

Excluded products
Some products are excluded from our 7-day money back guarantee. These are clearly stated on the advert - see below for further details.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased from our auction for a refund. This does not apply to items personalized or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items such as shaver, trimmer, earrings, used headphones / handsfree (without faults) and cosmetics that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or resold.

Returns procedure
To cancel or return an item, you will need to send us a request in writing/by email within seven days of delivery of your item (s), quoting your order number and the reason for return. You must take reasonable care of the item (s) and must not use them. You can contact using the 'contact seller' link in your purchase history or by calling us during office hours.
