Good product, but the "delivery tracking number" was no such thing, it was a "proof of delivery for sender". At 1:40pm I got an email to say the item was delivered at 9:25am. I already knew it was delivered - the post man handed it to me! There was no way to track the item to find where it was when Royal Mail delivered it two days late as they only send confirmation when it's delivered. I would not use that service as mail can not be tracked to see where it has gone missing or been stolen.
