Nice wardrobe. Arrived before estimated delivery date, sadly when unpacked notice the base was damaged and some fixing missing I made contacted to explain the problem, it was passed over to the relevant department I heard back quickly parts was ordered and replacement was delivered just over a week later. Great communication and thank you to all involved in getting things sorted out and replaced. I would definitely use this seller again.

We've been ordering wardrobes from this seller,but we received one door slide with a big crack on the mirror ,and also sliding door mechanism didn't match the size.We have contacted the seller to ask for a replacement , unfortunately the seller ignored us and didn't reply .We are really disappointed with this purchase and do not recommend this seller. See attached pictures to this review.

Wardrobe is very good quality and value for money. Looks really nice once up. Delivery very haphazard recd message it had been dispatched then 2 days later on whatsapp that they didn't have it offering a diff colour. Asked for refund but no response then random text they were arriving with item. Delivery men impatient when we queried and wanted to check it was right one. No paper instructions just link to video. Definitely need prev experience building flat packs or you'd really struggle.

Both Wardrobes arrived without the lights seller told me I’d get a part refund of £25 and nothing ain’t heard anything since despite sending messages no refund no reply wardrobes were left on the ground floor as there delivery men said they was covered to carry it beyond that point !

The product was as described. This company made the whole process stressful due to the inaccurate information they provided regarding dispatch, tracking, and delivery dates. They ignored all attempts to contact them until AFTER I raised a case against them. I don't know if/when they would have got back to me with an accurate delivery day and time if they didn't have the threat of losing their money. Once they made contact, they twice asked me to close the case before the item had been delivered.
