I received 16 live with 4 dead on arrival. The seller was quick to resolve and arranged for refund promptly. The fishes are settling well and are eating now on the third day. The fishes have lovely colours true to the picture. Sad all the 4 fishes which died were of my favorite colour white….Chris is a good seller and highly recommended based on my experience. I will happily buy again very soon after my fishes settle down.

My item was late arriving and I contacted seller. He didn't reply at first and then he replied after second email. He sent us a false tracking number and when I contacted Royal mail they didn't have the item. We was relying on the fish food as wanted to make sure our pond fish were fed these pellets before it got to cold He left our fish with out the food they are used to. I know we only had one order but we would of come back for other items. Don't touch this company they are a scam.
