Very good service, was posted out quickly. Am pleased with the quality of the lock. Purchased 4 locks to post to Australia, and the only issue was that 3 of the securing screws were missing on delivery due to package being partially open (likely customs inspection) and they appear to have fallen out from the individual lock boxes, but not a problem as locks were a replacement so l have original screws.

All good, but 30 mins after ordering I contacted seller by email to say I had ordered the wrong item, I did not get a reply, so I will have to settle with the item delivered, it will fit but I wanted a more secure key type lock, my fault but I expected a reply to my email
