What does Factory Reconditioned mean?

The term factory reconditioned implies to a product that may have been returned to a manufacturer for a number of reasons:

  • - Unwanted Gift
  • - Undelivered Mail Order
  • - Trade Return
  • - Minor Cosmetic Blemish
  • - Missing Remote/manuals (Which is then replaced)
  • - Missing Accessories i.e. batteries
  • - Surplus/Bankrupt Stock
  • - Tatty Boxes/Packaging/Re-Boxed
  • - End of Line Stock

All products are then electrically checked and completed by the manufacturer. They are then sold as NEW with a full 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty.

These products offer exceptional value for money. Our prices allow you to save in comparison to that of high street retail stores.

What warranty do you offer?

All Brand New items come with standard 12-month manufacturer warranty.

All Refurbished items will state the condition and warranty of the item on the eBay product page.

All Refurbished machines come with RTB warranty (Return To Base) which means that customer is liable to arrange for Returning & Collection of such goods. There will be no cost for parts & labour during the period of Warranty as long as it's not physical or liquid damage.

Do you offer discounts?

We do not offer any discounts on our items. All items are fixed and cannot be changed. Please do not ask for discounts on items as refusal often offends.

Delivery & Returns

How long does it take for delivery?

All orders placed are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Once an order has been processed customers will receive an email with tracking information. Once dispatched, please allow up to 2 working days for delivery to take place.

Can I return an item for a refund if I don't like it or if it’s damaged?

In accordance to the distant selling act 2000 you have the right to return an item for a refund if you are not happy with the product/goods within 30 days of purchase. However, the item must be in an unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for further information.

If the item is defective, faulty or damaged on arrival please notify us via eBay messages within 7 days of your purchase and we will contact you with further instructions.

How can I track my order?

Once we have processed your order we will notify you via email with tracking information.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Once we have despatched your item you will receive tracking information so you can track its progress. If you need more detail regarding your delivery, please contact the courier directly. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact us via eBay messages as soon as possible.

My order has arrived but I changed my mind, can I return the item for a refund?

If you decide to change your mind about your order and wish to return it back to us, please contact us via eBay messages within 30 days from the date of purchase. See our Delivery & Returns page for more information.

My item has arrived but it is faulty, what should I do?

If your item has arrived faulty please contact our customer service team via eBay messages within 7 days of your purchase to inform us about any problems related to your purchase. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed information regarding how to return your item for a refund.
