Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information for our customers
Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), certain orders may be delayed, but we endeavour to get your order out soon as possible to you, however if there is a delay, we shall be in touch and keep you updated on it progress.
At present we are following the advice of Public Health England (PHE) and are still making deliveries for all orders. Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on non-metallic surfaces such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.
We know that the current situation is challenging and uncertain for everyone, but we want to assure you that our couriers, are taking it very seriously. They have placed a temporary process for signature deliveries which couriers will follow to ensure contact is minimised when delivering your parcel, they will take the following steps:
- Where a safe place is possible and has been already confirmed with the customer prior to delivery, couriers will deliver to that safe place, take a photo to confirm safe delivery and then provide the customer with a calling card stating that safe place.
- Where a safe place is not possible, couriers will still knock on the door but rather than asking for the customer to sign, couriers will ask the customer for their name, input this into their hand-held device and then write “Covid-19” in the signature box. Capturing the name ensures that the security of delivery is maintained whilst avoiding the need for the customer to physically sign. Crucially it also ensures that the customer receives their parcel when they are expecting it.

Free Standard Delivery
All orders at Linens Limited are now being delivery free of charge within UK mainland.
Standard Delivery is 2-3 working day service. We deliver most items Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays. If you've ordered items that show delivery time usually within 4 - 6 weeks or more, we'll call you to discuss delivery. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods and will depend on when your payment clears.
Express Next Day Delivery
Next Working Day Delivery is £5.95 on all orders.
Our Next Day Delivery takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Order by 3pm previous working day.
Next Day Delivery is unavailable on Curtain Poles, Tracks, Blinds and Rugs:

Unfortunately our Next Working Day Delivery policy excludes some remote rural areas and countries. If your are requesting delivery to a postcode listed below, please allow extra time for delivery from the date and time you place the order.

Curtain Poles, Tracks & Blinds Delivery Service
Curtain Poles & Tracks
All curtain poles and tracks must be inspected at the point of when the courier is delivering the item. Before signing for the goods, please inspect the item and the packaging and if the item or packaging is damaged, please inform the courier and sign and ensure that you have ticked the damaged box on the couriers hand held device or paper work. If this fails to be done, we will not be able to accept the item back as damaged.
All blinds must be inspected within 24 hours. Any faults with the product must be be reported immediately. Please inspect the item and the packaging and if the item or packaging is damaged, please inform Linens Limited and if this fails to be done, we will not be able to accept the item back as damaged.
