Item arrived a week late, after it wasn t collected on time, and it didn t work when it arrived. The seller has since reverted to advise that he has fixed it and I have no reason to disbelieve that but I can t verify it.

Unfortunately the courier didn't collect when asked to so the item was delivered a few days later, but I kept the buyer informed and he was fine about it. I didn't have to fix anything as it was returned working although with some packaging material lodged in the vacuum. A full refund was given immediately anyway.
