Sent an item that is NOT AT ALL the one advertised. It is a bag, though. I requested a 50% refund, which I was told that I could have £10 refund and keep it. Not enough to replace the bag that I specifically wanted for my daughter, the one with person on it. Wanted me to return at my own expense. I had to take the £10 as I do not have time or money to buy another. I suggest speaking to this company first before buying.

The product arrived and the bag was completely ripped apart. Contacted the seller and was contacted within a day and a replacement bag sent out to my home address. Replacement bag arrived within a week. Contact with the seller was easy and quick. Was a bit of a pain transferring the sand bag from one bag to the new one but that can’t be helped.
