I don't like to give negative feedback, but on opening a case with this seller, I had zero communication. 2 weeks after highlighting that my t-shirt hadn't arrived, I opened a case but heard nothing back. In the meantime, Ebay offered to help and ended up refunding me. Whilst the case was open, I received a card from the Post Office informing me someone hadn't paid full postage on an item. After paying an additional £3.50, the item was delivered. And it was my t-shirt!! Very poor service.
