The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department.
KMS will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.
KMS will refund any 'Cashback' purchases for old units returned by the customer (at their expense) provided they are received intact ie not damaged or marked in any way hindering the unit from being used again for remanufacture. Old units need to be returned within 14 days after receiving your purchase otherwise we reserve the right to charge a 35% handling charge or refuse the unit.
Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
All deliveries should be checked before signing the Driver’s sheet to avoid any ‘damage’ claims being rejected. In any case all damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our couriers. Any claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
