The item advertised is different to what you will receive, they have advertised a 2 speed fan in photos, they will send you a single speed fan with less power than a mini hand held fan, disgraceful way to treat customers who pay premium prices for complete kits to be misled.

customer sent a photo from a separate business to claim this? Nothing in description states its a twin speed fan, our T&Cs clearly state photos for illustrative purposes due to global supply issues, our feedback on these kits speaks for itself, if you are so unsatisfied to complain, but then when offered a refund "Cant go to the hassle of returning the items?" Why wouldn't you get a full refund? Because its just another online shoplifter hoping for freebies, disgusting and abusive, steer clear!

False advertising. It says it comes with extraction fan and carbon filter and it didn't, seller first lied and said it would come separately then said days later told us it was not included in the kit when clearly it says its included, seller been very rude about it
