14 Days Returns Guarantee

If we have made a mistake, please contact us so we can resolve the issue immediately.

For most items, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply to items that have been altered upon request, have missing labels or show signs of being used.

If you wish to return goods using this right, you need to inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them at your own expense.

Please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.

If you think we’ve sent you the wrong item or size contact us and we'll take care of the rest, including postage charges.

If you have incorrectly ordered the wrong item we can exchange the item subject to stock availability, however additional postage charges will apply.

To request a return or exchange please submit the request using the eBay resolution centre; our returns address will be provided. Thank you.

Any items returned to us by couriers or sorting offices stating item not collected or insuffient address will be subject to a deduction of £3.99 per item if a refund is required, or a postal charge of £3.99 per item if re-posting is required. We are happy to refund items not required or not to your liking if informed within 7 days of receipt. There will however be a re-stocking and handling charge deduction of £3.99 per item returned. It will be the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us in perfect as new condition. with original packaging intact. The buyer will also be responsible for the return postage, so therefore it is advisable to use a trackable service but not special delivery. If for some reason you receive an incorrect item which was not ordered by you and was a mistake on our part then we will exchange the item for you at no cost to yourself. Goods must first be returned to us by recorded delivery, not special delivery before a replacement can be sent. Please email us informing us of any returns before sending them back , to see if any problems can be resolved without the need to return the item.
