You only really know how good a company is when things go wrong and in this case the company was excellent. I ordered a coat which was too small, the manufacturers label said 42 but it actually measured 40. When I contacted the company I got a quick response and notification of a refund within hours of the goods being returned. Would use this company again without hesitation.

Excellent rug that arrived very quickly. I think the description needs looking at as it describes a Horsewear ACY rug in my opinion and I was hoping it was the same. I ordered a Shires chest expander for a horse rug and got a strap!!! I emailed to let them know and just got a message to send it back and they would refund me. Never got an offer to send the proper one. It cost me £3.49 to send back and asked them to please refund that cost as it was their mistake. To this day, nothing! Awful customer service!
