Seller lacks customer service skills. I ordered some stickers it arrived late, when I contacted the seller, the seller was sacarstic to me, saying i didn't pay for express shipping, he forgot that he didn't give me a free order. Packaging and posting was part of his price. Very very bad experience with this seller.

Apology, if our email offended you. We were just explaining the reason that parcel could be late by Royal Mail. There was no other intention. As you wanted the item within 2 working days. You ordered on 1st September and we shipped on the same day by Royal Mail 48hrs. There were 2 days on the weekend and delivered on the 6th. Unfortunately, we can't control Royal Mail as they are completely different companies. Thanks for your feedback! we will be better in the future.
