Royal Mail had some mix ups with the delivery and it went astray. The seller was very helpful in assisting with trying to recover the item and when this seemed like it would not happen sent me another unit with no hassle. The original has since been recovered and I was only too happy to pay for the replacement unit although the seller was happy to take it back as a return. Probably the most helpful seller to date.
